By purchasing from U.S. Jeep Mods you agree to our warranty policy as herein described. U.S. Jeep Mods offers a 30 day limited warranty from the date the product is received by you, our customer. We will replace any defective product(s) purchased from us. To report a defective product and request a replacement, please complete this Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form. We will email you a prepaid return label so that you can send the faulty product back to us for inspection. A replacement product will then be sent to you. If a replacement part is not available, a full refund will be issued to the original purchaser. This limited warranty is non-transferable.
After this 30 day period, any warranty coverage will be provided by the product manufacturer’s warranty. Information regarding the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable, can be found on the individual product page under the “Manufacturer’s Info” Tab. Other than original manufacturer’s warranties or our 30 day limited warranty, there are no warranties, expressed or implied for any of our products.
The amount of liability to U.S. Jeep Mods is limited to the dollar amount of the original sale. Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, incorrect installation, faulty repairs, or modifications will not be covered by warranty. Similarly, the warranty does not cover any expenses incurred by installation errors. Lost or stolen return packages are the responsibility of the customer as shipper. As the shipper the customer is the only one who can file a claim for lost shipment with the shipping company.
